jl49 Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering with, or otherwise using the jl49 platform available at jl49.org (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", or "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the jl49 Platform. jl49 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for or use jl49. This requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. jl49 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The jl49 Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws. jl49 accepts no liability for use of the Platform in jurisdictions where it is unlawful to do so.

2.3 Prohibited Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to hold a jl49 account or participate in real-money gaming on the Platform:

• Individuals under 21 years of age;
• Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally;
• Employees, contractors, or agents of jl49 or its affiliated entities, or their immediate family members;
• Individuals located in jurisdictions where access to and use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may register and maintain only one (1) account on the jl49 Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, jl49 may suspend all associated accounts, cancel pending withdrawals, and forfeit bonus balances.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl49 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. jl49 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). jl49 is required to verify player identity as part of its anti-money laundering and regulatory compliance obligations. You agree to provide valid, government-issued identification documents when requested. jl49 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. jl49 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl49 does not accept cash deposits or anonymous payment instruments.

4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. jl49 reserves the right to adjust these thresholds upon notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the account holder's name. jl49 may require KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by VIP tier and payment method. jl49 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or GCash/PayMaya system downtime.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. jl49 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws. jl49 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine regulatory and law enforcement authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where required.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers provided by jl49 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the offer is made, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods. In the absence of specific terms, a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before withdrawal.

5.2 Bonus Abuse. jl49 prohibits the abuse of bonuses and promotional offers. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation, placing low-risk or mathematically risk-free bets to fulfil wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and any other activity designed to exploit promotions rather than engage in genuine play. jl49 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void winnings derived from abusive play, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

5.3 VIP Program. Participation in the jl49 VIP program is subject to these Terms and the specific VIP program rules. jl49 reserves the right to modify or discontinue VIP tiers, benefits, or eligibility criteria at its sole discretion.

6.1 Game Integrity. All games on the jl49 Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer formats subject to third-party oversight. jl49 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are indicative of long-term theoretical returns and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl49 Platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players or the house to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud;
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform.

6.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a system error, disconnection, or technical fault during gameplay, jl49 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. jl49 reserves the right to void bets placed during a verified technical malfunction. jl49 is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

7.1 Commitment. jl49 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential harm associated with problem gambling. jl49 provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion.

7.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude from the jl49 Platform may do so by contacting customer support. Upon activation of self-exclusion, the affected account will be suspended for the chosen period and no marketing communications will be sent. 7.3 Age Verification. jl49 employs age verification procedures to prevent underage gambling in compliance with Philippine law. Any account found to be held by an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all deposits returned, less any amounts already wagered.

All content on the jl49 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and trade marks — is the property of jl49 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any jl49 content without prior written consent.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl49 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

9.2 jl49's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jl49's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jl49 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without prior notice, where jl49 reasonably suspects or determines that: (a) these Terms have been violated; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity has occurred; (c) the player is ineligible to use the Platform; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to jl49. In the event of termination for cause, jl49 reserves the right to withhold outstanding balances pending investigation.

Players wishing to close their jl49 account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to the player's registered payment method following satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

jl49 may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jl49 will provide notice via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jl49 customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
